This building with total area of 961sqm in 5 floors was located in Pardis Technology Park in a 500sqm piece of land. In the project our approach was functionalistic and we tend to design a new modern volume. The building was divided to two functional zones, an office zone and a data center. The complicated relationship between zones and also standards which were needed for the best performance of data center, leaded us to create some clear internal spaces with some simple boundaries. The climate conditions of the site which was both cold and hot in different time and seasons and necessities of administrative spaces to natural normal light forced the design to be L type form which its transparent surfaces opened towards north and south. And also those glass surfaces were covered by some louvers for more control on climate conditions.
