Another large scale project in the north of Tehran which consisted of a hyper market in the first basement, two banks in the ground level and 10 administrative units on top of them. In this part of the capital which is the most expensive administrative region of Tehran, there are numerous limitations to be taken into account especially some obligations by the client’s economical limitations. The economical limitations meant the design had to a most flexible. It meant to make a building suitable for every function. So the result is more economic rather than architectural aspects.
