The time sharing hotel apartment was located beside costal way overlooking the Caspian Sea. An iconic mason which was divided to two separate parts. Temporary dwelling situated near the sea and service parts are located alongside the road. The building is affected by three factors;
Climate, being legible and finally separating more individual zone from the more public zone. The building design was supposed to be so individual to attract the attention of the passing cars. Furthermore, the scheme was affected by climate factor considerations, especially in outer skin of facade which was designed in a way allow natural air flow beside being protected from sun rays in the summer days, and for the reason of humidity the mason is constructed by concrete and wood.
